Legal
Refund policy
Last updated: January 2026
Scope
This policy applies to deposits and payments made for custom carpentry projects and to previously manufactured pieces available for purchase.
Applicable conditions
Because furniture is custom-made, deposits cover design work, material purchases and reservation of production capacity. Once fabrication has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, although it may be applied to scope adjustments agreed upon in writing.
Exceptions
If a piece shows a manufacturing defect attributable to the workshop, we repair or replace it at no cost. Natural variations in grain, tone and texture of the wood are not considered defects.
How to request assistance
Write to us with your project number, photographs and a description of the situation. We respond and schedule a technical visit when needed.
