Our residential joinery projects
This gallery brings together a selection of bespoke carpentry and furniture projects developed by Zoreda. Every space calls for different decisions on dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, fabrication and installation. That is why we want to show not only how each project turned out, but also part of what had to be resolved to get there.

How the projects were solved
Three examples of how we work: the challenge the space posed, the solution we proposed, the wood chosen and the finish approved before production.
Casa YCC Tumín
- The challenge
- Installing beams at considerable height with limited access, scaffolding, restricted working hours and oversized pieces. It has been one of the workshop's most technically demanding projects.
- The solution
- Coordination and levelling were decisive: we planned the assembly order, the handling of each piece and the supports required to place every element exactly as designed, without compromising the pieces along the way.
- Material
- Solid wood in large-format pieces, dimensioned in the workshop so they could be manoeuvred on site.
- Finish
- Finish approved from a physical sample before production and reviewed on site after installation.
Apartment Adamant
- The challenge
- A tower apartment with restricted access, out-of-plumb walls and a kitchen that had to read as one continuous piece with the rest of the living area.
- The solution
- We surveyed dimensions, levels and plumb on site, redrew the cabinetry for approval and built it in modules sized for the service lift. Final squaring and levelling were resolved on site by our own installation team.
- Material
- Solid wood and glued panels in the same species — no MDF, melamine, laminate or WPC.
- Finish
- Physical samples on the same species, approved before production; tone, sheen and texture tuned to keep grain continuity across modules.
Casa Margaritas
- The challenge
- Full-house joinery — closets, kitchen, doors and furniture — delivered alongside an active construction site, with staged installation and one consistent finish across every room.
- The solution
- We staged the survey with the construction schedule, checked services, access and interferences before production, and planned delivery zone by zone. Every batch was reviewed in the workshop before leaving.
- Material
- Solid wood and plywood in the species defined for the project, chosen by use, exposure and expected maintenance in each area.
- Finish
- A single finish approved from a physical sample and replicated across all pieces to keep tone uniform between bedrooms, kitchen and shared areas.

Questions about our carpentry projects
Scope, on-site coordination and projects outside Mérida.
We work from individual pieces to full-scope carpentry for homes. We also deliver larger projects for apartment towers, real-estate developments, hotels and commercial or hospitality spaces that require bespoke furniture.
Yes. We are especially interested in whole-home projects, developing the different carpentry and furniture concepts as one scope and coordinating the design, fabrication and installation stages.
When we receive a project developed by an architect or interior designer we start from a more defined proposal. We review the available information, carry out the corresponding survey and develop the furniture with the measurements and details needed for approval before fabrication.
During installation we review the actual conditions and make the necessary adjustments on site. When other suppliers or building elements are involved, we coordinate the information needed to integrate the carpentry correctly and resolve any interferences.
Yes. We actively serve projects across Yucatán, Quintana Roo and Campeche. In these areas we can coordinate the survey, transport and installation with our own team.
First we arrange a visit to carry out the survey once construction is far enough along. When the furniture is finished and the site is ready, we manage transport and our own team handles the installation and any adjustments on site.
Yes. We take on commercial, hotel and hospitality projects and want to keep working on them, especially when they call for bespoke furniture and carpentry with careful execution.
