Bespoke residential carpentry services in Mérida

Bespoke design, fabrication and installation for every space in the home, with a single point of contact and control of the whole process.

Carpentry solutions by space

Bespoke carpentry for every space in your project

Every service starts from the use, the space and the real conditions on site. We review dimensions, services, materials, finishes and hardware before fabricating. If there are no drawings yet, we can develop the furniture from references and measurements and take the proposal to approval before production.

Questions about the process of a bespoke project

Common questions about design, approvals, timelines and installation.

At minimum we need to know what type of furniture you require and to have approximate measurements or available dimensions. Photographs, design references, materials, finishes and functional needs help us prepare a far more precise proposal.

Yes. A photograph or reference together with measurements can serve as a starting point. From that information we develop the furniture proposal and, before fabricating, present the design for approval.

Once the budget is approved and the deposit is paid we schedule the survey on site. As a reference, the design team aims to carry it out within the two weeks following the deposit, always depending on the project's conditions and availability.

We review levels, plumb and squareness of walls and floors, skirting, electrical and plumbing services, access routes and anything that could interfere with the furniture. We also account for stone, lighting, metalwork, aluminium, glass and other elements that must integrate with the carpentry.

Fabrication begins once the project has been reviewed and approved. Before production we define measurements, layout, materials, finishes and the details needed for the furniture to match what was requested.

We start from a client reference or from our own samples and prepare tests on the same wood species that will be used. We adjust tone, sheen, intensity and appearance until a final sample is defined, which is approved before the finish is applied to the project.

First we assess the impact of the change on fabrication, materials, cost and time. If it requires additional work or shifts the schedule, it is communicated and quoted before the change is made.

The project timeline starts when the deposit is paid. From then on we coordinate the survey, design or redesign, finish approval, fabrication and installation according to each job's characteristics.

Changes requested after the project is approved, revised measurements, special materials or hardware, availability of certain species, site conditions and delays from other suppliers can all shift the schedule originally planned.

The home should have floors and finishes completed, and the electrical and plumbing services related to the furniture correctly positioned. That allows us to install using the space's final measurements and conditions.

Can't find the piece you need?

We build pieces beyond any catalogue: species, finish and hardware are defined specifically for each project.
