Working with architects and builders: what we need from the project

Drawings, levels, services and site sequence. How we plug into an executive project without slowing the other trades.

We start from your proposal

When the project comes from an architect or interior designer we start from a defined proposal and can quote faster. Our job there is to interpret it, produce the fabrication drawings and resolve the construction details that make it buildable and installable.

We don't change the design on our own initiative: if we spot a conflict we raise it with alternatives, and the decision is yours.

The information we ask for

Architectural and detail drawings, levels, and the location of plumbing, electrical, gas and air-conditioning services. With that we anticipate interferences before fabrication instead of improvising on site.

On apartment or development projects we also need the repetition criteria per unit and the handover schedule by tower or phase.

Coordination with the other trades

Carpentry comes late in the sequence: we need finished, plumb openings, floors laid and level, and wet finishes fully dry. Defining that window early avoids knock-on delays.

We install with our own team and adjust on site; we don't take install-only piecework, because we keep control of the complete process.

Scope and coverage

We take on single-family homes, apartment developments, hospitality and commercial spaces. We transport and install with our own team across Yucatán, Quintana Roo and Campeche; beyond those states we assess each project individually.

If you have a project coming up, see the carpentry for architects and builders page and send us drawings, measurements and location.
