1. On-site survey
We visit the space and measure it ourselves. Beyond dimensions, we record floor level changes, out-of-plumb walls, ceiling heights, service locations and any interference that constrains the piece.
Working from someone else's measurements is the most common cause of surprises at installation.
2. Redesign and approval
With the survey we redraw the furniture and deliver it for approval. If it comes from an architect or interior designer, we start from their defined proposal; if from a private client, from an idea, a reference or a photo with measurements.
If we find a solution, material or detail that can be improved, we raise it and propose alternatives. The final decision is always the client's.
3. Materials, finish and hardware
The species is defined, the finish approved on a physical sample, and the hardware chosen by daily use. Material isn't purchased until this is confirmed.
4. Workshop fabrication
Frames are built to carry real loads, supports and fixings are checked piece by piece, edges, fills and joints are looked after, and the finish is applied. Before leaving, every piece is assembled and reviewed in full.
5. Installation, handover and aftercare
We install with our own team: levelling, squaring, adjusting doors and drawers, and testing hardware on site. After handover we return to resolve the details noted in the final walkthrough.
Changes after approval are possible, but their cost and time impact depend on the stage: asking for an extra drawer before material is bought isn't the same as asking once the piece is finished. See all services to understand how this applies to your case.
